Cell phones are an important part of our society and their main use is communication. They keep students in touch with the rest of the world by giving them the power to interact with it. In the old days, if you forgot to bring your lunch, you had to rely on the school office calling home for you. Cell phones also allow students to keep in touch with their friends and students at other schools.
