As you know, we converted to paperless e-learning last year. We (1) stopped using paper textbooks and notepads. All of our studying now takes place on tablets. The change was not easy, but our school has seen many benefits. The students are now much more interested in their school work. In addition, they are able to learn important new skills which will help them in the future. Overall, it has been a positive change for our school.

However, several teachers have reported new problems in their classes. The students feel very tired and are unable to focus on their schoolwork. Some students are stressed and are getting angry and upset with their friends. This is most likely because of too much screen time. At the moment, students are allowed to keep their tablets with them all day. As a result, instead of spending time with their friends during break and lunch, they play online games and post things on social media. Students shouldn't be allowed to spend all day using their tablets. They have to stop using them for at least one hour each day. I am introducing a new rule today:

• All students must return their tablets during break and lunch times.

This will give students time to relax their eyes and spend time with their friends. There are also a few more problems with the tablets. I have asked the school's technology dub to discuss the problems in their next meeting and suggest some more new rules.

British public school

In the UK, 93% of children go to state schools, which are funded by the government. The remaining 7% go to private schools, which the government does not fund or control. The students pay fees to attend these schools. A small group of very old private schools are, confusingly, known as 'public schools'. These include Eton College, which has educated nineteen British Prime Ministers over the past three centuries- as well as many other famous people from around the world, including Prince William and Prince Harry, actor Hugh Laurie and the former king of Nepal.

To many people, these public schools seem very odd and old-fashioned, with their strange uniforms and confusing traditions. For example, all of the public schools divide the academic year into three terms. At Eton College, these are called 'halves', but at Charterhouse they're called 'quarters' (and the shortest of the three is known as the 'long quarter').

Although private schools seem irrelevant to most British people, the influence they have on society is very real. That is because a very large number of people in important positions attended these schools, including 71% of senior judges and 62% of senior officers in the armed forces. Some people even argue that the UK parliament does not represent the country because 32% of MPs are privately educated.

I have always wanted to be an animator. I have researched it and know how to do it. However, I don't think many teenagers know how to get their dream jobs. Let me tell you about mine and how I am going to get it. I hope this will help other people to get their own dream jobs.

The first thing I read is a university degree in computer animation. This degree tells people I know how to use animation programs. It will teach me how to use the software to create amazing pictures. All animators need fine. Another thing I need is to have great communicative skills because I will have to be able to take feedback well. Finally, I need to get work experience working for different companies to know more about the industry.

I have decided to study animation at the School of Visual Arts in New York to get my degree. I am going to ask my friends for feedback on my drawings and discuss changes with them to improve my communication skills. I am going to find work experience over the holidays while I am at university to get experience.

These are the three most important things I think I need to do to get my dream job. Hopefully, after reading this, you can start to plan for your dream job.

Many parents want their children to be software engineers, doctors, or managers. That is because these jobs have good salaries. I don’t think many teenagers know how to get these jobs. Let me tell you about my plan to be a nurse and how I am going to make my parents proud.

The first thing I need is a university degree in nursing. It will teach me how to take care of sick people and know which diseases or health problems they have. They cannot get stressed Another thing I need is emotion management. All nurses need this.if a patient is very sick or dying. I also need to be able to communicate well.
