Well, music is the essence of life and reduces the stress of any person. I am not a fan of any musical band, but my favourite singer is Satinder Singh . He is basically from Hoshiarpur city situated in Punjab. He is 36 years old and married. He has done his PhD in Sufi singing from Panjab University Chandigarh. He is not tall enough but looks very handsome. He is very down to earth person. He mainly Sings Sufi, and folk songs and the lyrics of his songs are written by himself. He is not only a singer and writer but also an actor and a composer. He performed as a lead actor as Prince Dilip Singh in a Hollywood movie known as the Black Prince. He was also nominated for the Hollywood awards.
The music of his songs is very heart touching. I like his songs because every song has a specific meaning, unlike the other singers whose songs are meaningless. I listen to his many live concerts also. A song of his first album is very close to my heart because it is about a poor little girl who collects woods in a field, and how it is presented is unique. So Whenever, I listen to his songs, I feel motivated and energetic. And for me, he is too wonderful.
